Ashvin Clinics’ online consultation platform strives to provide the user with the best service possible to ensure user satisfaction. Keeping this in mind, the cancellation and refund policy affords the user the greatest flexibility possible.
Reschedule, Cancellation, Refund
If you need to cancel/reschedule an appointment, you are required to give us at least 12 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 12 hours’ notice will incur the full session price. If you are unable to attend a scheduled session without prior notification, you will be charged the entire amount for the session.
For sessions cancelled more than 12 hours prior to the scheduled time, the user has two options at the time of cancellation:
- Schedule a new session with our experts at the time of the cancellation.
- Take a refund back to the user’s original method of payment
All cash reimbursements are processed within 3 – 5 business days. Please be aware that, depending on your bank, it may take longer for the funds to appear in your account.
